Thank you for taking the time to come and visit  our school  at Apex' and entertain our students and teachers. Your performance delighted everyone. The themes of your songs truly reflect the importance of love of oneself, family, friends and strangers.

Indeed, they embraced all things beautiful on our planet. The message that we all received was truly uplifting. As an educator I appreciated the precepts of healthy living you so subtly broached.

You have a wonderful gift of relating to children. I have only occasionally seen such healthy rapport between a performer and the audience. I also appreciated the time you spent on writing personal messages for every child in school. The children and teachers loved the show and your balloon sculptures too.

Dear Ish, Just a note to let you and your entire crew know how wonderful and exciting it was for the Kamloops Thompson Children's Choir to record your new CD, Never Say Never and perform with you as well.

Everyone was so patient and helpful during the slightly stressful recording sessions, kudos to Doug Perry, Shannon Page, Ish and of course our Choir Directors, Angella Jayne Latta and Jennica Alpaugh

The performance at Sagebrush Theater was the icing on the cake. The kids had so much fun the adults did too, you have a fantastic, creative team. Thank you for letting Daisy be part of it.   Helen Kallio, Proud Parent, Kamloops Thompson Children’s Choir, 2011

We were very pleased with the experience of working with Ish. The kids were very proud of their accomplishments. We and the Children learned a lot through the experience and would be happy to do another CD with him:)  I personally loved the CD; the songs were great and sounded fantastic.

Hello Ish, Renee and I just moved into our new place in Boise yesterday; and amongst our stuff, as we were unpacking this morning, we found the package you sent me last month.

Immediately I opened it, and was delighted to see the copies of your new CD, Never Say Never, I had the honor to take part in as a Claw-hammer Banjo player.

We had to listen to it as soon as I opened it. It is a great CD.  I was very pleased with how the songs on the CD turned out. I agree that the flute and the harmonica worked very well together with the banjo.  I was also happy to hear Chris Stevens' playing on some of the tunes: he is one of my favorite Bluegrass banjo players. Thank you for sending to to us, all the best.

Ish and his Musical Friends are a delightful group of performers. They had the children and even the adults singing along and dancing to their colorful songs.  Ish is great at interacting with the audience and he tells interesting stories and instills good morals.
I would definitely recommend Ish and his Musical Friends to anyone looking for an upbeat, entertaining, family oriented singing group.
